AMPed to Dance

With over 20 years of technical dance training and 8 years of experience as an instructor, Jenia has built a teaching practice that blends movement with emotional well-being. With extensive experience working with diverse and neurodivergent students, Jenia focuses on fostering self expression, emotional growth, and artistic curiosity through dance.

Troy sessions of AMPed to Dance are targeted towards children aged 3-6 accompanied by a parent. This joyful class blends gentle movements, rhythmic games, and simple dance routines with mindful practices designed to encourage emotional and physical awareness. Whether you’re dancing to build connections, regulate big feelings, or just get the wiggles out- this class offers that support for you and your little one.

When: Thursdays 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM

Spring Session: April 17th, 2025 – May 22nd, 2025

Where: AMPed Learning Center Troy

Ages: 3-6 years with parent

Cost: $25 per class or $99 per session (6 classes)
