AMPed Education—including AMPed Learning Centers and AMPed Hybrid Academy—is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where students and staff of all ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, races, and abilities feel welcomed and valued. AMPed is a secular organization that champions social and racial justice and celebrates the vibrant diversity of our communities.

As we strive to be true allies to the global majority and other historically marginalized groups, we remain committed to listening, learning, and evolving in pursuit of the greatest possible positive impact. We deeply value feedback from members of such communities and use it as a catalyst for continuous growth and improvement.

AMPed makes every effort to support and accommodate individuals with disabilities. While we may not be equipped to meet all specialized needs, we are committed to doing what we can to create accessible, welcoming spaces. This includes sensory-friendly environments within physically accessible facilities, alternative communication and information methods, and cultivating partnerships with organizations that provide specialized services. We are happy to collaborate with families to explore the most supportive options available.

All AMPed campuses—whether in-person or virtual—are proud to be safe spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community. We are gender-affirming and celebrate loving families of all shapes, sizes, and configurations. AMPed welcomes everybody, in every body.

AMPed is dedicated to anti-racism efforts within our organization and our greater community.  We strive to amplify under-resourced voices so that we may share the work of advocating with them and for them in a productive and supportive manner.

AMPed is a secular organization that recognizes the significant role religion plays in the lives of some of its participants.  We teach about the multitude of belief systems in our world in an objective format, emphasizing the importance of tolerance as well as social and racial justice for all.

This is a living document, and we know that the journey toward equity and inclusion is never finished. If you have questions, comments, or ideas on how we can grow in our inclusivity, please reach out. We are here to listen and learn—always.
