Applicant Checklist

1. Schedule an Introductory Call (Optional)

While not required, an introductory call is a great way to learn more about AMPed Hybrid Academy so we can answer any questions you have.

2. Take a Tour

Bring your student, family members, and any other people you’d like on the tour to see AMPed Hybrid Academy and learn about all we have to offer. This is a great opportunity for you to meet us as well as for us to get to know you and your student.

3. Submit an Application

The application form should be submitted by a parent or guardian.

4. Submit a Financial Aid Application (Optional)

AMPed Hybrid Academy uses TADS, an industry leader in needs-based financial aid assessment, to process financial aid applications. Please note there is a $60 application fee collected by TADS to process your financial aid application.

Create an account in TADS and search for AMPed Hybrid Academy by our partner code, which is 201222.

5. Schedule the Parent Interview

Once you’ve taken a tour and submitted your application, we’ll schedule a parent / guardian interview.

6. Submit Academic Records and Teacher Recommendation

You will need to submit your student’s past academic records as well as a letter of recommendation from your student’s current teacher.

Once all steps are completed, our Admissions Committee will review your application. If accepted, you will receive an official enrollment offer. During the review process, we may request additional meetings, records, or further information as needed.
