Private Kindergarten & K–2 in Farmington Hills
Small Classes. Personalized Learning. Big Confidence.
AMPed Hybrid Academy offers a private Kindergarten–2nd grade program built for curious, energetic learners who thrive when they’re known, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways.
With class sizes capped at 12, hands-on project-based learning, and a hybrid schedule that gives families flexibility, our youngest students build strong foundations in reading, writing, math, and social-emotional skills—without losing the joy of childhood.
A Private School Designed for Early Learners
Our Kindergarten and early-elementary program provides the structure, community, and expert teaching of a private school—but with the flexibility, personalization, and calm environment young children need to grow with confidence.
Students thrive because we prioritize:
-
Small cohorts (max 12 learners) for meaningful attention
-
Mixed-age K–2 learning environments, so children progress at their own pace
-
Hands-on, project-driven lessons that build real understanding
-
A mastery-based approach—students move forward when they’re ready
-
A hybrid schedule that reduces burnout and supports balance at home
A Day in AMPed's K-2 Classroom

Hands-on science and social studies projects that bring concepts to life
-
Creative arts, STEM exploration, and outdoor learning
-
Social-emotional support built into the rhythm of the day
-
Flexible seating, sensory supports, and calm spaces for self-regulation
Every child has a Personalized Education Plan (PEP) that guides instruction and ensures that they’re challenged appropriately—never bored, never overwhelmed.
Two Days on Campus + Structured, Teacher-Guided Home Days
Our hybrid model gives young learners:
-
Consistent, hands-on learning with teachers
-
Teacher-designed assignments for home days
-
Short virtual check-ins to stay connected
-
More time for rest, family, enrichment, and play
This is not a homeschool program—it is a full private school where AMPed teachers direct learning and support your child’s progress throughout the week.
