Professional Partnerships and Space Rental
AMPed Learning Center offers a variety of options for professional partnerships. Whether you’re looking to rent an office (with childwatch option), rent out space for activities, or partner in other ways, we’d love to hear from you!
Office Rental
We have offices available for rent to professionals working in child-related fields (therapists, tutors, etc). In addition to the office rental, we can offer child watch for an extra fee as well (for example, if you want children to be able to play while you meet with parents or siblings). Our offices range from 8’x9′ to 10’x11′.
Dedicated Office - Full Time
For those who want a dedicated office space, rent is $1,000 per month and includes the option to have your name on the door and on our website. For an additional $650 per month, we will also provide childwatch for family of clients during appointments with you.
Shared Office - Consistent Schedule
Looking to rent out an office for just part of every week? For $250 per selected days, you can have access to an office on the day(s) of the week you choose. For example, renting an office every Wednesday would be $250 per month, every Monday and Tuesday would be $500 per month, etc.
As Needed Rental
Only need an office periodically? Daily rental is available for $90/day, while hourly rental is available for $15/day.
Classroom Rental
Two classrooms are available for rent for $30/hr, each is approximately 19 feet by 9.5 feet. Families of students taking classes are able to use the rest of the center if there are no other activities going on.
Play Space Rental
Looking to rent the entire play space? Whether it’s for homeschool meetups, parent’s groups or to teach classes, you get use of our entire main play space for just $100/hr. This includes all of our main play areas, the play structures, the activity area, the AMPed house, the STEM room, the infant room, and the cafe area. This doesn’t include the offices or the classrooms, of which those spaces may also be in use at the same time.
