Tuition & Financial Aid
Tuition at AMPed reflects the full experience each student receives: small cohorts, experienced educators, and consistent guidance across every part of the week. This is a complete academic program, built to support real growth, not just time in a classroom.
What Tuition Supports
At AMPed, tuition is not tied to time spent in a classroom. It reflects the design of the entire learning experience.
Small Cohorts and Individualized Attention
Students learn in intentionally small groups, so educators get to know each learner’s strengths, challenges, and pace of growth. Instruction responds to the student, not the other way around.
Guidance Across Every Part of the Week
Learning continues beyond campus days, with clear expectations, structured work, and faculty support throughout. Students are guided at every step, not just when they’re in the building.
Thoughtfully Designed Curriculum
Learning is interdisciplinary and project-based, and it’s aligned to academic standards. Students do meaningful work that builds real understanding and skills they’ll use again.
Continuous Assessment and Feedback
Progress is tracked through projects, portfolios, and regular feedback. Students revise, reflect, and show their growth over time, so learning stays both visible and rigorous.

The annual supply fee covers materials, resources, and project costs for the full year.
Tuition is based on your child’s age. Cohort placement is made independently, based on each student’s social, emotional, and academic readiness, and may differ from a traditional grade-level assignment. There’s no added cost if a student is placed in an older cohort, and no reduction if placed in a younger one.
Sibling Discount
Families enrolling more than one child receive 10% off tuition for each younger sibling. The sibling discount can’t be combined with financial aid, so we’d encourage families to apply for whichever benefit fits their situation best.
Financial Aid
We believe families who are drawn to AMPed deserve the chance to be here, and financial aid is how we make that possible.

How it works:
Our admissions process is need-blind: financial need plays no role in whether your child is admitted. Separately, families applying for aid complete an application through Ravenna Financial Aid, a trusted third-party platform used by independent schools nationwide. There’s a $60 fee to apply. Ravenna reviews your family’s financial picture and shares a recommendation that helps guide our award decisions.
What’s Included
Tuition and the annual supply fee together cover the complete academic program for the school year, including:
- All core academic instruction
- Interdisciplinary projects and materials
- Student exhibitions, presentations, and assessments
- Ongoing faculty guidance and feedback
There are no additional per-course, per-activity, or participation-based fees during the school year. An application fee of $40 applies to new families. Applications, enrollment, and payments are processed through TADS, which may charge its own account and transaction fees.

Payment Options
Families may choose the payment structure that best fits their needs:
- Pay in Full (prior to the start of the school year)
- Pay by Semester (prior to the start of each semester)
- Monthly Payment Plan (June–May installments)
A payment plan fee applies. Financial aid recipients may have this fee waived.
A Thoughtful Investment in Learning
AMPed is designed for families who want a more intentional approach to education, one that prioritizes depth, relationships, and meaningful academic progress. Tuition reflects the level of expertise, structure, and individualization built into the program.
We’d love to hear from you and answer any questions about tuition or financial aid.
